Tenor Raimonds Bramanis is one of the Latvian National opera leading soloists. In 2007 he graduated from the J. Vitols Latvian Academy of Music. He has participated in master classes and continued to develop his vocal prowess with Paolo de Napoli. Since then he has sung Nemorino in L’elisir d’amore, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni, the Prince in The Love for Three Oranges, Ismaele in Nabucco, Duke of Mantua in Rigoletto, Macduff and Malcolm in Macbeth, Roberto in Le Villi, Lensky in Eugene Onegin and the title role in Faust. He has also portrayed Germont in La Traviata in Magdeburg Opera of Germany and Estonian National Opera. He was awarded the Latvijas Gāza Annual Award for Opera 2015 as Best Opera Soloist.
