Pavel Petrov

 

Pavel Petrov was the first prize winner in Plácido Domingo’s Operalia Competition and the third prize opera winner in International Hans Gabor Belvedere Singing Competition in 2018. He made his debut with Royal Opera House Covent Garden in London in 2016/17 season as Pong in Turandot and with Opera Graz as Alfredo in La traviata, followed by Prunier in La rondine. Recent performances included Lensky in Eugene Onegin, Rodolfo in La Bohème, Cavalier Belfiore in IL viaggio a Reims with Opera Graz, Alfredo in La traviata with Koeln Philharmonie, Latvian National Opera and Arena di Verona Opera Festival, Ferrando in Così fan tutte with Opera Australia and Lykov in The Tsar’s Bride at Teatro Santiago de Chile.
