You will:

–         Gain practical experience by working through on-going projects

–         Research on topics that will contribute to the development of Opera Hong Kong

–          Assist in project planning and promotion and administrative work

–         Be a part of the team at our events

You need to:

–        Be a team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills

–         Have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

–         Be able to handle computer operations, including MS Office, Chinese word-processing and video editing

Administrative Assistant (Part time)

Our new Music Centre Opera Hong Kong Atelier Lyrique (located in Wan Chai) was launched in September 2017. We are looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide full reception and clerical function in a professional manner
  • Perform reception duties including handling telephone calls, handling enquiries and serving clients
  •  Handle clerical works for education and outreach programmes
  • Assist in venue and tutor arrangement for children chorus classes
  • Maintenance of every equipment and materials to be put in the right place and tidy
  • Working hours: half-day per day

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Form 6 or above
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-minded and service-orientated
  • Mature, presentable, positive working attitude and a good team player
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Language: fluent in Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin
